Package to US address: Briefly after your package has been delivered to your mailing address you will be prompted with an email, you will also be notified once package is received at the NMIA airport.

Pick up or delivery: Once your package has reached our office, you will be sent your invoice; at this point you may visit our office for pick up or schedule a delivery.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Packages take about 1 week to arrive once delivered to the warehouse.

How to avoid paying customs duty on my package?

To avoid paying customs duty on your package it is best to keep the price under $100. Customs fees may be charged on packages that value $100 and over.

How often are shipments received in Jamaica?

We receive packages up to two (2) times per week. On a Tuesday and Friday. This is dependent on airline schedules and may be changed without notice.

Do I have to provide an invoice for my package?

Yes. Invoices have to be used to declare to Jamaica Customs the contents and value of each package entering the country.

What are our opening hours?

Monday to Thursdays 10am - 5pm
Fridays 8:30am - 4pm

What are the opening hours for the Florida Warehouse?

The Florida Warehouse opens Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm local time. Shipments arriving outside of these hours will be reattempted the next business day

Can I send items of any size?

Yes. We specialize in air and sea freight. Larger items such as stoves, refrigerators and large boxes with items can be sent to our warehouse and sent to Jamaica via sea.

After my package becomes available in Jamaica, how long before it starts to accumulate a storage fees?

Storage fee begins 14days after holding your packages. The storage fee is $100 per day after 14 days..
